This dream was brought to life by our Managing Director, Michael Borg. With a passion for transport operations born out of years working within the transport industry, we built our company by constant researching, upskilling, and training other passionate Borg Civil Australia staff. Our entire organisation maintains a strong knowledge of heavy vehicle maintenance systems and Chain of Responsibility, and over the years our members have obtained prestigious qualifications for Quality Management Systems.

Michael Borg - Managing Director
Michael has enjoyed a passion for earthmoving from an early age. As the sole director, Michael’s prime focus is the delivery of optimal results for clients as well as fostering positive, long-term business relationships. As a progressive leader, Michael welcomes the challenges of the current industry climate and embraces the need for continual growth and adaptation.
Tanya Borg - Business Manager
A qualified Accountant, Tanya is responsible for managing the capital elements of the business, focusing on operational expense reduction, along with the development and implementation of concepts and methods to support the long-term opportunities for strategic growth of the business.
Jerry Zoric- Facilities Operation Manager
As a licenced builder, Jerry is responsible for collaborating entire projects from estimating, bid preparation, through to completion. He currently manages in excess of 40 employees and 15 sub-contractors across multiple sites, Jerry is well abreast on WHS and Environmental law and regulations.
Kelly Samuels- HSE Manager
As safety professional who joined the Construction Industry in 1998, Kelly’s passion for protecting people and property whilst delivering projects is what nurtures and develops our people and our processes to realise our culture of care.
Pratik Mehta- Financial Controller
Pratik’s role at BCA encompasses finance, tax, treasury, administration and IT. His wealth of financial expertise provides an invaluable resource in building and strengthening BCA’s capabilities as it undertakes its next phase of growth.
Kevin Peterson- General Manager
Kevin has worked in the haulage / civil construction / earthmoving industry since 1981, starting his career as an apprentice plant mechanic. Upon completing his apprenticeship he worked for CAT in a number of roles including diagnostics and supervising field service technicians. CAT became a stepping stone to business ownership where Kevin owned and operated a Mobile Plant repair business with 10 technicians on the road. Not content with only knowing plant, Kevin expanded his horizons and began working as a Truck and Dog haulage contractor while simultaneously managing and expanding Compactors Australia and running a waste services business. A few years later having driven B Doubles carting coal and running interstate and line haul work he decided it was time build some of the roads he'd been travelling on, this saw him supervising roads being built 5 kilometres either side of Gundagai.
